What is the purpose of meta pages?

A majority of these articles will be written in an encyclopedic style, as it would be known to the theoretically most educated inhabitant of the world. The purpose of these meta pages is to provide insight into the world of Niove as though you were an omnipresent observer who knew every last detail. As such, meta pages will largely contain undocumented (in-world) and unknown history that the inhabitants of Niove are unaware of.
